The scope of this project was to design and construct the entire property’s landscape, including the front yard and entry, a courtyard with a plunge pool, and a small patio in the backyard.

 

The design incorporated various materials such as native and adapted plants, gravels, limestone pavers, and steel elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing space. The outdoor rooms are comprised of drought- and freeze-tolerant plants and durable materials such as steel and gravel to reduce maintenance.

 

The modern structured living spaces and corrugated metal fencing are softened by vegetation that provides privacy and sculptural elements, as well as seasonal interest. Light and shadow make the polygal entry dynamic in contrast to the fencing and gates, and the custom drop box solves the problem of security in the age of modern deliveries.
